Hitachi Elevator Safety Education Ambassador "Lili" Wins "Public Welfare Figure of the Year Award"

From January 13 to 14, the 11th China Charity Festival and CSR Carnival was held in Shanghai. Hitachi Elevator (China) Co., Ltd's safety education ambassador "Lili" won the "Public Welfare Figure of the Year Award" for his contribution to elevator safety public welfare education.

To better promote safe elevator riding and elevator popular science to the public and children, Hitachi Elevator started to create the image of "Lili" in 2012 to introduce elevators to people in a fun and educational way.

Since 2008, Hitachi Elevator has joined hands with local quality supervision agencies, educational institutions, and partners to carry out more than 2,200 activities of "Safe Ride, Happy Ride". In addition to the offline class, Hitachi Elevator also set up the online "LiLi Science Class" and "Elevator Encyclopedia" and successively wrote and published the book Elevator Wonderful Journey and the elevator popular science book Elevator Master Training Manual. Hitachi Elevator will continue to cooperate with schools, libraries, and educational institutions to pass on elevator knowledge and raise the safety awareness of all staff.
