On January 18, Hitachi Elevator signed a contract with Hefei China Railway Baihe Baile Chaohu International Health Tribe Project to provide 230 sets of Hitachi home elevator for the project’s second phase to construct a more intelligent aging-friendly mobile scene jointly.
This is the cooperation between the two sides after the project in 2017, Hitachi provided 45 elevators for the first phase of the project, officially put into use in 2019.
The Hefei China Railway Baihe Baile Chaohu International Health Tribe project is the first intelligent elderly demonstration project in Anhui and the first CCFC sustainable care family community in China. To adapt the use needs of the elderlyage- Hitachi Elevator has provided the project with intelligent and personalized vertical transportation solutions.
The second phase of the project covers an area of about 256 mu, creating three high-quality residences, namely Boundless Townhouse, Mountain and Water Stacked Courtyard, and Garden House, inheriting the essence of Chinese architecture.
All passenger elevator and stretcher elevator are decorated with warm wood grain carved finishes, giving passengers warm and welcoming visual care. The car is fitted with resting benches and sub-operating panel. In addition, barrier-free measures such as three-sided handrails, Braille buttons, mirrored rear walls, voice announcements, and light surface protection are provided to give the elderly a more comfortable and convenient riding experience.
